Kaitlyn spent two years on the Melbourne Demons list before transitioning across to the Bulldogs for the upcoming season. Over the pre-season Kaitlyn trained with the TAC Cup side North Ballarat Rebels to give herself the best opportunity leading into the Victorian Women's Football League Season where she plays for Melbourne University.
In recent times Kaitlyn played in the AFL Draft trial match in Melbourne where recruiters watched with focus to see exisiting and upcoming talent.
In 2014 Kaitlyn represented Fed Uni FC at the Australian University Games in Sydney where she was selected in the All-Australian Team and apart of the Gold Medal winning Women's side. She also won the Fed Uni FC Women's Best & Fairest Award at the North Ballarat Sports Club.
